Houston Kraft: Teen Kindness Advocate. (Parent ed event) at Issaquah Middle School , 600 2nd Avenue SE, Issaquah,

Through Kraft's candid conversations and interactions, he has learned a few things about what students today NEED to be more thoughtful, successful, KIND people. In a short hour, he will help you think about character in a new way, make you laugh, and give you some practical tools to engage your teen in meaningful and powerful conversations. http://parentwiser.org/events

Lunch for the Break report
Lunch for the Break report Thanks to the many donations from students and their families! Because of your help Pine Lake MS donated over $200 worth of food to the winter Lunch for the Break program serving families in the Issaquah School District. Our donations were added to the 400 boxes that were distributed to families throughout the district. You helped us get food in the homes of families who need it during the long school break.  We’ll keep you posted on opportunities to help again for the next winter break in February. ... read full article

Community Values Survey

2017 Community Values Survey

The Issaquah PTSA Council is conducting a Community Values Survey within the Issaquah School District attendance area.  We are seeking your perspective on five Value Statements based on your experience in the Issaquah School District.  All community members are encouraged to participate including parents, teachers, students, and community members who do not have students in the local schools.  This survey closes on January 31 and the results will be shared with the ISD Administration, the ISD School Board, and the Issaquah Education Association in a presentation open to the public in early February.
