Pine Lake PTSA Grants Update

The Pine Lake PTSA has recently approved all of the applications for the 2023-24 PTSA Curriculum Grants for the fall session. Five teachers from PLMS submitted 6 applications, which can benefit all PLMS students. The teachers will receive grants totaling $6727.35. The spring session will begin in late February or early March.

The Pine Lake Middle School PTSA provides curriculum grants to PLMS teachers to enrich the educational experience of PLMS students. By offering such grants, the PTSA hopes to encourage teachers to engage our children academically in meaningful and memorable ways to develop curious, confident, and independent learners.

23-24 Award Nominations

Know an amazing teacher or volunteer? The Pine Lake PTSA wants to recognize our fantastic volunteers and educators and has four award categories available this year: Golden Acorn, Outstanding Educator, Outstanding Advocate and Outstanding Student Advocate.

There is no better compliment than getting recognized by your peers, students, and parents. Why wait? If someone has helped to get the school year off to a great start, it takes just a moment to recognize them!

Nominations can be submitted up to March 31, 2024. To nominate someone, complete this VERY short survey and the PLMS Selection Committee will select the recipients.

If you'd like to volunteer, we'd love to have you. Questions? Contact Andrea or Kim, Selection Committee
